Why I do this
A few years ago I almost lost one of my companies. I was drowning — and about to hire five people I couldn't afford.
Instead, I learned to raise AI agents like employees: start them small, correct them, give them more freedom as they earn it. In weeks, they were running the work that was burying me.
Now I run three companies on a staff of graduated agents — not one extra hire. I teach founders to do the same, because the lie that "AI will replace your team" keeps people stuck. The truth: AI doesn't replace you. It frees you.
